The training workshops aim to shed light on the practical concepts related to leadership and management necessary for leaders, in addition to refining the managerial and leadership skills of participants and enriching them with leadership experiences.
The national expert in the quality management system, Ramadan Karim, gave the first lecture of the workshop, in which he addressed the basic skills of second-line leaders, and the role of leadership, its importance and impact on the development of the administrative system.
This series of training workshops comes within the framework of DEWA’s endeavor to implement the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard (ISO 9001-2015).
