The Supreme Quality Committee of the General Information Authority, formed by the decision of the Chairman of the Authority No. 45 of 2023, discussed during its regular meeting held today, Monday, at the headquarters of the Authority, headed by Eng. Abdul Basit Salem Al-Baour, Chairman of the Committee, and in the presence of its members and the Quality Coordinator of the Authority, the results of following up the achievement of the objectives of the executive plan set by the Committee related to the implementation of the quality management system in the Authority in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard for Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015.
At the beginning of the meeting, Eng. Abdul Basit Al-Baour praised the role played by the Committee and the Planning and Projects Department of the Authority in seeking to achieve the requirements of the Quality Management System in the Authority, pointing to the most important developmental aspects that can be established in the Authority to raise business efficiency and quality outputs in accordance with the best practices and quality standards
The meeting discussed a number of topics on its agenda, including reviewing the actual performance results of the objectives and their suitability for the quality policy.
At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to organize a workshop in the coming weeks to discuss the objectives of implementing the quality management system in the authority.
