The second awareness workshop for the Authority’s employees on the Financial Policies and Procedures Manual, organized by the Financial Affairs Department of the Authority, was held on Sunday at the General Information Authority’s Hall, in the presence of the directors and employees of the offices of the Authority.
The workshop, in which the Director of the Financial Affairs Department, Mr. Adel Sobhi Abu Abdullah, lectured, provided a detailed explanation on many different topics related to the preparation and implementation of financial policies and procedures and mechanisms for dealing with financial documents using the government financial system.
During his lectures, Mr. Adel Abu Abdullah pointed out that the workshops organized by the department come within the framework of keenness to develop, transfer and exchange financial knowledge among employees, especially as the authority seeks to achieve the objectives and strategies of the quality management system.
At the end of the lecture, the floor was opened for discussion on the lecture and the points addressed by the lecturer, and the participants praised the efforts of the administration in this regard.
