Tripoli, Thursday, March 7, 2024.
In continuation of the efforts made by the General Information Authority to deepen cooperation between the components of the National Information System, and exchange data and information between them, with the aim of improving this system and supporting the process of digital transformation in the State of Libya, this Thursday morning, the Director of the National Information System Management, Engineer Ayoub Al-Shuwaikh, made a working visit to the Souq Al-Juma Municipal Council, where he was received by the Mayor of the Municipality, Dr. Hossam Bel Haj, and a number of members of the Municipal Council.
During this meeting, a number of topics of common interest were discussed, including establishing and activating the information center in the municipality, areas of cooperation in the field of exchange and flow of data and information, benefiting from the training courses provided by the Authority in the field of preparing data specialists, establishing some electronic services, and supporting in the field of digital transformation, and enhancing means of communication and joint cooperation.
Engineer Ayoub Al-Shuwaikh praised the good reception by the Municipal Council of Souq Al-Jumaa, thanking the Mayor of the Municipality and the members of the Council for their cooperation with the Authority, stressing the importance of cooperation between the two sides.
