Within the framework of following up the achievement of the objectives of the executive plan set by the Supreme Committee for Quality at the General Information Authority, formed by the decision of the Chairman of the Authority No. 45 of 2023 AD, related to the implementation of the quality management system in the authority in accordance with the requirements of the international standard for quality management systems ISO 9001:2015, the President of the General Information Authority, Eng. Abdul Basit Salem Al-Baour, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Quality at the Authority, chaired the regular meeting of the committee, which was held on Sunday at the authority’s headquarters in the presence of the members of the committee.
During this meeting, the committee reviewed the initial outputs of the project (Implementation of the Quality Management System at the Authority ISO 9001:2015), in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, with the aim of evaluating these outputs and verifying the effectiveness of the application of the requirements of the standard for the processes that have been targeted.
At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Authority stressed the importance of spreading the culture of quality among all employees of the Authority because of its distinguished results in increasing performance and productivity.
