The Director of the Follow-up Office at the General Information Authority, Mr. Makram Rahouma, participated in the meeting of the Inspection and Follow-up Management in the Cabinet Office with its corresponding Managements in the ministries and affiliated agencies, which was held this morning at the Bab Al-Bahr Hotel in the capital, Tripoli, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Engineer Ali Al-Taher Shallak, and the Secretary-General of Organizational affairs, Mr. Walid Al-Kateb, the Director-General of the Information and Documentation Center in the Cabinet Office, Eng. Salah Al-Majdoub, and the Director of the Inspection and Follow-up Department in the Cabinet Office, in addition to a number of directors of follow-up departments and offices in the ministries and affiliated agencies and their representatives.
The meeting opened with a welcoming speech by the Director of the Inspection and Follow-up Department in the Cabinet Office, then with a speech by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, who in turn stressed that this meeting embodies the government’s keenness to support the employees of the inspection and follow-up departments and offices, which will reflect positively on the workflow and enhance its dynamism.
During this meeting, many topics on the agenda were discussed, including introducing the new electronic portal for follow-up, the future work mechanism with follow-up departments and offices, administrative subordination to follow-up offices, in addition to the most important difficulties and obstacles facing the workflow of follow-up departments and offices. During the meeting, a presentation was also given on the concept of follow-up and its function in management science.
