Today, Wednesday, the General Information Authority launched the updated version of the government bidding and procurement platform, by updating the platform in a way that enhances the digital participation of government agencies and makes it easier for them to complete their government procurement procedures accurately and quickly.
The Project Manager of the Government Bidding and Procurement Platform, and the technical team for the platform that worked on updating it, confirmed that the launch of the updated version of the platform comes within the framework of the Authority’s continuous efforts aimed at employing modern technologies to improve the level of services it provides to government agencies, as well as in line with best international practices, standards and specifications in this regard.
He also explained that the bidding platform that the Authority launched a year ago, after the update, now includes a distinguished package of services that were prepared and developed using the best programming standards, and government agencies can complete all government procurement procedures through the platform around the clock and from anywhere.
