The General Information Authority concluded today, Wednesday, the first training course organized to enhance the capabilities of its employees in the quality management system. The course was held over three consecutive days at the sub-headquarters of the authority in the Ras Hassan area.
At the end of the training course, the organizers praised the commitment of the participants, who numbered 35 employees from various departments and offices of the authority, to attendance and perseverance.
The training courses are part of the authority’s efforts to consolidate the concepts of the quality management system, equip its employees with the necessary skills and experiences, and improve the quality of service and performance.
