Engineer Mounir Al-Adl, Director of the Planning and Projects Management of the General Information Authority, General Coordinator of the “Raqmiyun” Project, implemented in partnership between the Authority and Expertise France, which aims to support digital transformation in Libya, Today, Monday, an extensive meeting was held with representatives of training and human resources departments in a number of national institutions, municipalities and stakeholders to nominate trainees.
During the meeting, which was attended by the head of the authority, Eng. Abdel Basset Salem Al-Baour, the assistant director of programs at the Expertise France, projects manager (via Zoom), and a number of department directors in ministries and public agencies, the general coordinator of the project stressed the authority’s interest in continuing communication, strengthening the cooperation with all institutions, indicating that this meeting aims to strengthen the complementary relationship in the interest of the project, the meeting, which was held at the Authority’s headquarters, included defining the details of the project, its components and objectives, and listening to the remarks of representatives of the training and human resources departments, and their interventions on the mechanisms of cooperation and joint action.
The general coordinator of the project also confirmed that the courses start on August 20 and the project continues until February 2024, and the authority is currently implementing the first phase of the project among several advanced stages.
