Mr. Nader Mleitan, Director of the National Database Department of the general information authority, met today, Wednesday, at the Authority’s building in Ras Hassan, with Mr. Fawzi Emhemmed Saraiba, Director of the Information and Statistics Department at the National Center for Health System Development, and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the Director of the National Database Department welcomed the Director of the Center and all attendees, wishing success for this visit and achieving the goal they aspire to.
For his part, the Director of the National Center for Health System Development expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Authority for its distinguished efforts, praising its expertise and efficient capabilities.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance technical cooperation between the two sides, and mechanisms for benefiting from the expertise and technical and advisory services that the authority possesses in establishing an electronic health system to issue an integrated health number at the national level, which the center intends to implement within the framework of its strategy towards digital transformation, in order to achieve patient safety and improve the quality of services provided by the center.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides agreed to continue coordination to prepare a cooperation agreement to be signed between the two parties, which includes specific programs and action plans.
The meeting was attended by the head of the operations management department at the authority’s national database, Engineer Zayed Ali Zayed, and on behalf of the center, Eng. Ahmed Omran and Eng. Ola Abdulaziz Al-Khoja.
