The supervisory committee for the work teams preparing the
procedures guide for the operations’ plans in the departments and
offices of the GIA, formed according to the Head of the Authority Eng.
Abdulbaset Salem Al Baour; held its fourth coordination meeting on
Wednesday, with the leaders of the workgroups, and chairman of the
committee Mr. Kamal Salama, in attendance of its members, as well as
the technical team to design the guide.
And during the meeting, the chairman of the committee Mr. Kamal
Salama emphasized the importance of time commitment to the
specified dates to finish implementing the procedures guide for the
departments and offices of the GIA, with the aim to write up the final
draft, expressing his relief for what’s been accomplished thus far.
The meeting of committee was held in Eng. Lutfi Al Zarog Karmos’
meeting room at the authority, to discuss the guide for administrative
procedures prepared by the team assigned to it, where the leader of
the team, Mr. Abdulhakim Bashir Al Shumani showcased the guide and
its detailed contents.
The draft was discussed by the attendees of the meeting and notes
were shared to add to the guide.
